Good news! We deliver to selected countries outside of HK. For more information, please visit our Delivery page. Please note that delivery charges may vary depending on where your parcel is travelling to and unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO BOX address.
For Hong Kong local deliveries, we are currently offering free delivery for orders over HK$300, otherwise delivery charge of HK$50 will be applied. Please visit our Delivery page for more information on international delivery.
Sorry, we are unable to split the delivery into multiple deliveries. Please place separate orders online.
For Hong Kong local orders, parcels should reach you within 2-5 working days. For more information, please visit our Delivery page.
Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact time, however for Hong Kong local deliveries our items will usually be delivered between 9am and 6pm. To track your order, simply click on the link available on the Order Confirmation email or, if you are a registered member, log in to your account to monitor it’s progress.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us at Wedgwood, please be assured that we never pass your details on to a third party. At Wedgwood we take every step possible to keep your financial information private and safe. If you have further questions about the security of your details, please do not hesitate to contact one of our Customer Care advisors.
Changed your mind? not a problem but please contact us as soon as you realize that you need to change the details of your order. Please note that if your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel or change the delivery. If this is the case please be rest assured that we will be happy for you to return it once it has been received.
No, logging in to PayPal account is not required. You may directly complete payment with a Credit or Debit Card.
Your card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.
Each time you order through our website, you will receive two emails from us:
1. An order confirmation email should arrive in your inbox immediately letting you know your order was received.
2. A dispatch confirmation email, including tracking details will be sent to alert you when your order leaves our warehouse. This email will let you know that your order is on its way to you.
The excellent news is if you are registered with us, you can track the status of your order simply by logging in to your account. If you have any queries about the location of your parcel please contact one our Customer Care Advisors who will be happy to help.
If you have registered as a member, simply log in to your account to view your previous purchases.
If you are not a registered member, order details can be viewed via the link available on the order confirmation email.
